Per-lead PDFs.

A one-page PDF generated per lead, citing the same signals as the email.

The PDF is optional. When enabled, it is generated alongside the email and either attached, linked, or hosted at a tracked URL. Same signals. Same citations. The PDF is the same brief the email was written from, formatted for a procurement team rather than a senior IC.

Templates

Three default templates ship: minimal, narrative, and structured. You can edit the HTML and CSS directly. Variables are listed in the template editor.

Tracking

Tracked URLs use a per-lead unique slug. Opens fire GA4 events. We do not embed third-party trackers in the PDF.

Signing

PDFs are signed with a per-workspace key. The signature confirms the PDF was generated by Paitho and has not been altered. Useful for procurement teams that want to verify a doc you sent three months ago.
