Building a custom pack.
For when your niche is not a live pack. Eleven weeks. Three advisors. Roughly forty signals.
A custom pack costs $5,000 to build and $400 a month to maintain afterward. The maintenance line keeps your signal definitions current as the public surface of your target market changes. Pricing details on the pricing page.
What the eleven weeks look like
Weeks one through three are interviews. We sit with three operators in your niche who have actually closed deals. We map the pains they listened for. We do not start from a generic taxonomy.
Weeks four through seven are signal validation. We test each candidate signal against a labelled set of fifty companies. Signals with poor recall or precision get cut.
Weeks eight through ten are angle drafting. We write the initial angle library, run it against a small sample, and iterate.
Week eleven is the calibration ride-along. You review one hundred drafts in real time with us. We watch where you reject and adjust the tone profile.
Who builds it
A vertical pack operator on our team owns the build. They are not an account manager. They have shipped at least three packs that are live in production. Meet the team.
Who owns the pack
You do. The four YAML files are exported to your workspace at the end of week eleven. You can keep them private to your account or contribute them back to the public catalog. We never sell a pack you paid us to build.
