Angles wear out. The signal is real, the wording was right, and now it is reaching the same kind of inbox the way every other tool reaches it. That is when an angle becomes a template across the market, even if it is not a template inside your account.

Signs an angle is done

Positive reply rate trending down for two consecutive weeks. Reviewer reject rate trending up under that angle. The pattern of replies shifting from substantive to one-liners. Any one of these on its own is noise. Two of them together is signal.

How to retire

Move the angle to status: archived in the pack's angles.yml. Note the reason in the changelog field. New runs will not pick it up; existing in-flight drafts will finish.

What to ship next

Look at the rejection reasons under the retired angle. They tell you what the prospects actually wanted to hear. Draft the next angle from that, not from a brainstorm.
