What Paitho is (and isn't).

Two minutes. Read it before you open the app.

What it is

Paitho is the research layer that sits between a raw lead list and a personalized cold email. It reads what a senior rep would read. It writes what a senior rep would write. A human reviews every draft before it leaves the building.

The pipeline runs in eleven stages. Eight of them are machine work. Three of them are human gates. The whole thing takes about four minutes per lead, end to end, and produces one email grounded in one specific, dated, cited observation about the prospect's company.

That observation has a name. We call it a pain signal. The glossary defines it. The extract_signals stage shows how we find them.

What it isn't

It is not a sender. It will not warm your domains. It will not rotate your IPs. It will not buy you inboxes. We integrate with whatever you already use for that.

It is not a template engine. The product is built so that the same paragraph cannot reach two prospects. If a draft could be sent to two people, it gets rejected at review.

It is not a volume tool. There is no "send 5,000 emails today" button and there will not be one. If you came here to spray and pray, the door is that way. There are cheaper ways to do that badly.

Who it is for

Founders running their own outbound. Founder-led sales teams of two to five. Agencies who are tired of explaining low reply rates to clients and want a real product underneath the work. In-house enterprise teams who already know good outbound is research and want to stop hand-rolling it.

If you have an SDR sending two hundred emails a day, this is the wrong product. We are not faster than that. We are slower and the replies are different.

The shape of an outbound run

Upload a CSV. The pipeline qualifies it, audits each company's site, reads the public social signal, scores the fit, extracts pain signals, drafts a brief, drafts an email, and hands the result to you. You read it. You hit send or you reject it. The model learns from what you reject.

That last sentence is the whole product. Everything else is plumbing.
