The DPA template is at paitho.ai/dpa and is countersigned within two business days of request. Standard contractual clauses are included for EU-to-US transfers.

Sub-processors

The current list lives at paitho.ai/sub-processors. Notice of changes goes out 30 days in advance to the contact you nominate in the DPA.

Security whitepaper

The whitepaper covers our SOC 2 status, secrets management, code signing, and incident response. Download is gated only because we ask for an email so we can notify you when it changes.
