Next quarter

v1.0 of extract_signals(). Recall lift from 76% to 81% on the internal labelled set with no precision regression. Field Notes will publish the v0.9 → v1.0 diff walkthrough on launch day.

Legal Ops pack out of beta. Twenty-nine signals plus five new angles around vendor consolidation events.

SAML SSO group-to-role mapping. Owners can map an IdP group to a Paitho role at provisioning time.

Later this year

A second writing model option. Today every writing stage routes to Anthropic Sonnet because that is what the evals say is best. We are evaluating one more option, and if it holds up on our blind tests we will offer it as a routing target. We will not add it just to have a checkbox.

What we are not building

An auto-send button. We will not ship it. The Manifesto explains why and we are not going to walk that back.

A domain warming product. There are good ones already; we will integrate, not duplicate.

An AI BDR persona that pretends to be a person. We will not ship that either.
