Paitho
Troubleshooting

Deliverability checklist.

Run this before the first send. Run it again every quarter.

Deliverability is not magic. It is hygiene. The product does not warm domains, but it lints what you have before the first send and warns when something drifts.

DNS

SPF must list every relay you actually send from. DKIM must be signed by the same domain shown in the From header. DMARC should be at p=quarantine at minimum, p=reject ideally.

Warmup

If a domain is younger than 90 days or has sent fewer than 200 messages in the last 30 days, treat it as cold. Use a third-party warmup service or send manually for two weeks before pointing Paitho at it.

Content

The drafts are short by design and the content lint blocks the patterns most spam filters trip on. The remaining failure mode is the recipient's own server policy, which is invisible to us and to them. Bounces tagged policy_550 are usually that.

Reputation

Check your sending domain at MXToolbox monthly. If you land on a blocklist, pause that domain in Paitho immediately. Resuming after delisting is one click.
