Dual-brand sending. We do not host inboxes. You bring the relay.

Paitho hands the approved email to your relay over standard SMTP and reads replies over IMAP. We support dual-brand setups out of the box: one workspace can send from founder@yourcompany.com and from sales@yoursubsidiary.com with separate auth.

Authentication

App passwords for Google Workspace. SMTP credentials for Microsoft 365 with modern auth via OAuth where the tenant allows it. Generic SMTP for everything else, Postmark, SendGrid, Amazon SES included.

DNS you should already have

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. We do not warm domains and we will not let you send from a domain that fails alignment. Deliverability checklist covers the lint we run before the first send.

Reading replies

IMAP, polled every 90 seconds. Replies are classified by track() and surfaced in the run report. We respect your existing folder rules and never move messages out of inbox.
