The sandbox is the same product as production. The differences are deliberate and small.

Same

The pipeline is the same. The prompts are the same. The packs are the same. The model receipts are the same. The reject feedback loop runs the same way.

Different

Lead list is fixed and seeded. You cannot upload your own. Sending is mocked; messages are written but not delivered. Provider keys are not used; sandbox calls go through our metered shared keys, which is why we cap usage to fifty leads per workspace per month.

What you cannot test in the sandbox

Real deliverability. Real reply data. Anything that depends on a real person reading a real email and writing back. For that you need a paid workspace pointed at your own list, even if it is small.
