Reviewers reject drafts for a small set of reasons. Each one points somewhere different.
Categories

signal_unsupported | The citation does not contain the claim. Bug in extract_signals(); the eval set will catch it next pass. |
signal_stale | Signal is real but old. Tighten the date filter in the pack's signal definition. |
tone_off | The voice does not match how this audience reads. Edit tone.yml, not the email. |
too_long | The draft drifted past six sentences. Usually means the brief had too many signals; cap it. |
no_ask | Close did not land. The angle's close template needs work. |
template_smell | The cosine-similarity gate caught a near-duplicate. The angle is wearing out. |
Aggregate these by week. The leading category points at what to fix next. When to retire an angle is the playbook for template_smell running hot.
